XXXX I then confronted Mayer. This allowed us to prove Mayer's cooperation. Perhaps the ambiguities could best be resolved if we all sat down together in a safe setting?

A: Supposedly the document in question, which you now have. I don't know what it is actually noscriptd, but it supposedly contains a catalog of "measures" and is noscriptd No. 4 (in the version of 24.03.2020). I don't know any more than that, I just took a look at the cover page.
C: That sounds exciting.
A: Why are you asking me this? You have it.

I got my material from a layman who made a simple request to the BMI via the portal FragdenStaaT, and he was successful.
Meanwhile, if you too have requested these papers (because you really can't be any stupider than a layman), why didn't you leak them immediately, and share them with everyone?
