Notarization of documents is done REMOTELY.

Notarial translation of any documents and any language

Stages of the service realisation:
1. provision by the Client of a scan of the document to be notarised;
2. preparation of translation and notarisation of the document by a notary;
3. transfer of the ready notarised translation to the Client.
Documents can be picked up from our office or via our courier (the cost of courier delivery is about 550 rubles in Moscow).

➡️ If a foreign citizen holds a permanent residence permit (RP) in Russia, they have the right to obtain Russian citizenship in a simplified procedure on the following grounds:

1. Was born or permanently resided in the RSFSR and was a citizen of the USSR.
2. Has relatives (ascendants) who were born or permanently resided on the territory of the RSFSR, USSR, or the Russian Empire.
3. Has at least one parent who is a citizen of the Russian Federation and permanently resides in Russia.
4. Has a son or daughter who is a citizen of the Russian Federation and resides in Russia.
5. Is married to a citizen of the Russian Federation and has a common child.
6. Graduated from a higher education institution in Russia in a full-time program and received a diploma with honors.

💢 ACCOMPANYING THE SUBMISSION OF A TRP QUOTA APPLICATION

➡️ This service is relevant for foreign citizens who do not have legal grounds for obtaining residency in Russia but wish to live in Russia on a permanent basis and be useful to Russian society.

The Russian government annually allocates a certain number of quotas for Temporary Residence Permits (TRPs) for each region of Russia.
Any foreign citizen legally present in Russia has the right to apply for a quota.

Quotas are distributed by a special commission on a monthly basis.

➡️ In Moscow, applications for the quota are accepted during the first week of each month, except for January and December.

In other regions, you need to check current information with the migration authority. Our manager will do this for you if necessary.

➡️ To submit an application for the TRP quota, the following are required:
• a correctly completed application confirming that you are eligible of receiving the quota,
• passport, migration card, valid visa, and registration.

In addition to the main document package, you can attach documents that confirm the information from your application. For example, qualification diplomas, Russian language proficiency certificates, and so on.

➡️ A tourist visa is relevant for:

— foreign citizens who wish to obtain a visa with a longer validity period than the electronic visa.*

For example, US citizens can obtain a 3-year tourist visa, but only through a tourist invitation with in-person submission of documents at the Russian consulate.

The Russian electronic visa is single-entry and allows staying in Russia for no more than 30 days continuously. This type of visa is obtained remotely.

— foreign citizens whose countries are not included in the list of countries that can apply for an E-visa.

— foreign citizens from "unfriendly countries" who are obtaining TRP 702 based on traditional values (instead of a special private visa).

💢 OBTAINING A TEMPORARY RESIDENCE PERMIT (TRP) IN RUSSIA FOR 3 YEARS | PART 1

A TRP is a stamp in a foreign passport granting the right to reside temporarily in Russia. This permit is valid for 3 years.

➡️ Foreign citizens have the right to obtain a temporary residence permit in Russia on the following grounds:

1. TRP based on an allotted TRP Quota.
The TRP quota is analogous to the "green card" system in the USA. That is, the state allows those who do not have other legal grounds to obtain a TRP but can be beneficial to Russian society to do so. Applications for the quota are accepted annually in all regions of Russia.

2. TRP based on a Three-year marriage to a Russian citizen who permanently resides in Russia.

To obtain a TRP based on marriage, a foreign citizen must meet the following conditions:

✔️ Be married for at least 3 years (it does not matter where the marriage was registered or whether the spouses lived in Russia or abroad during this period);

✔️ The Russian spouse has permanent registration (propiska) at their place of residence.

Important to consider:

• Obtaining a TRP based on marriage is possible only in the region where the Russian spouse has permanent registration.

• In case of divorce, the TRP and any subsequent permanent residence permit (VNZh) obtained on the marriage-based TRP are cancelled.

• To obtain a TRP based on marriage, passing exams on the Russian language, Russian history, and the basics of legislation is required.

3. TRP based on marriage to a Russian citizen and having a joint child who Is a Russian citizen and permanently resides in Russia.

This legal ground was rarely used before, as on the same grounds one could apply directly for an indefinite permanent residence permit (VNZh).

However, today this legal basis is an excellent alternative for men aged 18-65 who planned to obtain an RP based on having a child but encountered Decree №821 on the requirement to sign a contract for military service.

❗️ It is important to note that for this legal ground, the duration of the marriage is not considered. The key factor is having a joint child with a Russian citizen.

4. Processing an RVPO for foreign full-time students, starting from the bachelor's level.

Foreign students have the right to obtain a temporary residence permit for students (RVPO) for the entire period of their studies, with the subsequent possibility of applying for an indefinite (permanent) residence permit after graduation.

Important to consider:

• In case of termination of studies, the RVPO will be annulled.

• In case of transfer to another university, the foreign student is obliged to notify the Ministry of Internal Affairs about the transfer to a new university to avoid losing their RVPO.

• Upon graduation, a foreign student who obtained an RVPO during their studies has the right to apply for an indefinite RP within 3 years.

5. TRP based on Decree №702 for foreigners from unfriendly countries who share Russian traditional values.

This Presidential Decree allows foreigners from 47 countries to obtain a 3-year temporary residence permit (TRP) without the need to obtain a quota or pass Russian language exams.
