На самом деле, лучшее и крайне важное состояние, это то самое мгновение после глотка из первой первой пиалы за чаем. Оно может быть абсолютно мимолетным, но именно в эту секунду проносятся в сознании все смыслы и стимулы, все определенности и недосказанности и наступает на мгновение бескрайний океан покоя.
Ничего не имеет большего значения, чем поймать эту секунду, это очень сильный ресурс по возвращению в себя, в точку сборки и баланса, полного осознания текущего момента.
Все зависимости от того, какой это вообще момент, где ты находишься, и с кем ты пьешь чай.


In fact, the best and most important state is that very moment after taking a sip from the first cup during your teatime. It may be absolutely fleeting, but it is at this very second that all the meanings and stimuli, all the certainties and understatements flash through the consciousness, and for a moment an endless ocean of peace sets in.
For me, nothing is more important than catching this second; it is a very powerful resource for returning to yourself, to the point of assembly and balance, full awareness of the current moment.
It all depends on what moment it is, where you are, and who you are drinking tea with.

For the first time such an early 2024 Spring i started not from the fresh green tea, but from the red/black one.
Caught literally the first day of the Jin Jun Mei, hong wulong, and some other red tea types production on the two tea& factories, which i work already for a couple of years.
Fresh tea it's always an emotional moment... especially after looooong winter.)
