Today I’m studying something totally unrelated to programming on paper, but I’m not letting my laptop have his best day yet. I’m installing Android Studio just to make him suffer.
Good luck handling that, Mr. Core i3, 1970 edition, 4GB RAM

recently used TanStack Query turns out my whole React life was a lie. ain’t building another app without it ever again.
Every Linux user (at least me) spends like 70% of their time in the terminal, and cd is the usual way to move around.
But have you seen a better version of cd? Check out zoxide 👉 https://github.com/ajeetdsouza/zoxide
Just type z <folder-name> and it teleports you there no need to remember the full name, path or capitalization.
It’s simple, fast, and honestly should be the default!

Morning! Today we start the day by heroically rejoining Twitter for absolutely no reason… 😂
Of course, I forgot my password — classic move.
Went through the whole “forgot password” thing, only to be told “you can’t use your old password.”
Perfect. Nothing like getting roasted by an app before breakfast.

Building projects is hard.
Not the debugging part, not even coming up with ideas the real struggle is sticking with it till the end.
Once you skip a project, it messes with your flow and kills your motivation for the next one.
For me, it used to happen because I’d take on huge ideas, give up when I hit walls, or switch tools whenever something shiny showed up 😅
But I’ve passed that stage now I stick to consistent, stable tools and build with patience. That’s where real growth kicked in.
Every solo dev goes through that phase you start building something, imagine it at a continent level, but by the time you finish, it’s just a mini city 😂
Still, reaching the point where you can build complicated things without shortcuts, exactly how you imagined them that’s the real goal.
I’m getting there slowly, and I hope every dev reaches that stage too.

You think authentication is getting easier? 😂
Me too… until the beloved open-source Better Auth showed up like:
‘Bro, relax, I’ll handle the tokens while you sip coffee.’
But hold up there’s a new menace in the neighborhood…
A whole creature in the auth jungle…
SuperTokens 🔥 https://supertokens.com/
This thing didn’t just pull up…
It arrived with a full multilingual squad:
Node.js, Go, Python, React, Next.js, Flutter, React Native, even plain JS
basically everything except your microwave.
And yes just like Better Auth, it’s fully open-source, so you can pop the hood, inspect the engine, and cry tears of joy (or fear) depending on your skill level.
Where Better Auth is your TypeScript-first, lightweight, clean-vibes homie…
SuperTokens is the enterprise veteran who walked in with:
✔️ sessions
✔️ refresh token rotation
✔️ frontend + backend SDKs
✔️ email/password
✔️ third-party login
✔️ the whole Avengers lineup
If Better Auth is the indie band playing at night cafés…
SuperTokens is the world tour selling out stadiums.
Auth is still not “easy”…
But at least now we’ve got TWO open-source creatures in the jungle fighting to save us from JWT spaghetti.

Notebooklm is just so good. It was awesome seeing it make podcast like conversations out of your learning material and today I learnt it also makes overview videos as well 🤯
Not only that, it has flashcards, quizzes, mind maps and reports. I just can't believe this thing is free.

Today Istg, I was working on this project all morning until lunch, and out of nowhere, my laptop just shut down.
I wasn’t even pushing it to GitHub just saving everything locally and I really didn’t think I’d lose it all.
Turn it back on… The battery died… and boom, everything’s back to square one, lol.
