In this quick 4-minute workout, I’m showing you a simple yet powerful routine anyone can do, even at home. We’ll focus on squats, front raises, overhead presses, and upright rows. Using the B3 bands really amps it up, but you don’t need them to feel the burn! It’s a great way to release nitric oxide and tackle LCC acid buildup.
