Update to COCA Refer-a-Friend Terms & Conditions

Starting January 1, we’re updating the Refer-a-Friend Terms & Conditions to keep the program fair and focused on real card usage.

To unlock referral rewards, your invited friend will need to:
🟦spend at least $500 using their COCA Card
🟦make at least 4 card transactions
🟦complete all these requirements within 30 days of registration / KYC

What if your friend joined before January 1?

Good news — friends can still qualify for rewards in two ways:
🟦 Old rules: spend $100 by December 31, 2025
🟦 New rules: spend $500 across 4+ transactions within 30 days of registration

COCA & DAC8: Self-Custody Instead of Reporting

New crypto compliance requirements are emerging in Europe. Under DAC8, centralized crypto exchanges will be required to report user activity to tax authorities starting January 1, 2027, including retroactive reporting from January 1, 2026.
