COCA & DAC8: Self-Custody Instead of Reporting

New crypto compliance requirements are emerging in Europe. Under DAC8, centralized crypto exchanges will be required to report user activity to tax authorities starting January 1, 2027, including retroactive reporting from January 1, 2026.

👥 Refer-a-Friend Campaign Update
To unlock a referral reward, your invited friend now needs to spend $500 across 4+ transactions within 30 days of registration.

💵 Annual Subnoscriptions & Cashback
For annual subnoscriptions, a reasonable limit now applies: 50% cashback is credited on up to $70 per month, per service.
Any amount above $70 continues to earn cashback at your tier rate.

💳 PayPal & Cashback
Payments made via PayPal are no longer eligible for cashback. Please keep this in mind when planning your spending.

Based on community feedback, we’ve upgraded the COCA Cashback Loyalty Program to make higher rewards easier to reach. What’s new ⬇️

☑️ New loyalty tiers
We’ve introduced Standard+ and Premium+ — intermediate tiers between the existing levels.

This means higher cashback and APY balance limits, with no big staking jump required.

☑️ More choice with 50% subnoscription cashback
We’ve also completely redesigned how subnoscription cashback works.

Before: fixed services tied to specific tiers.
Now: flexible subnoscription categories with more choice and a more personalized approach.

How 50% cashback works:
• applies to one subnoscription per category per month
• the number of categories depends on your tier
• applied automatically to the first payment in each category
