FTX - What 3Commas traders need to know 🧐
As you’re probably aware, FTX is experiencing a situation impacting the ability of their customers to conduct trades or withdraw funds. Protecting our customers is the top priority for 3Commas right now, and as a result we’ve suspended the connection of new API keys from the FTX exchange.
Don’t panic. 3Commas operations and services are not impacted on other exchanges.

In response to this, 3Commas is removing all advertising and other mentions of FTX features from our website materials to avoid confusing our customers. Previously you could use all the features of the 3Commas Pro subnoscription on FTX for free, but that is no longer applicable due to the limitations they’ve imposed.

Many of you would have read the recent tweets alleging API key leakage and mentioning 3Commas in a negative light.
You can find more detail in our latest blog, however now we want to clarify a few details below with regards to recent tweets and the FTX saga:
◾️ We have highlighted in the past that there are no API leaks or exposure of our database.
◾️ There have been a few users who reached out to us and we are working with them closely to help them with the matter.
◾️ We are also working with Binance to help resolve this issue for the impacted customers while also investigating the root cause.
◾️ In parallel, our team is working on enhancing the security further and finding a permanent solution to fix the API issue.
There are still several phishing websites that are trying to copy our website and mislead them into sharing their API keys. We have raised the Google team on and are working with them to take these sites down.

Oh, and they no longer expire so once you set it up, you don’t have to worry about them any more!
Here’s how to set it up:

🔹 Go to your 3Commas “My Portfolio” page
🔹 Click on “Connect a new account”
