Important Announcement: Temporary Suspension of Crypto.com Support on 3Commas

Unfortunately, we have to suspend support for Crypto.com on our platform. This action is in response to significant updates made by Crypto.com to their API, which require us to develop and rigorously test a new integration.

What This Means for You:
-Creation of New Crypto.com Accounts: The ability to create new accounts under Crypto.com will be discontinued from February 12.
-Trading Suspension Date: Trading via Crypto.com on 3Commas will be halted starting from February 19 at 10:00 UTC. We urge you to complete all critical transactions before this deadline.
-Disabling of Features: Following the suspension, all tools and features related to Crypto.com will be disabled and eventually removed from our platform.

🛑 Action Required:
-Review Open SmartTrades: Please examine any open SmartTrades immediately. If you find your trade is profitable or at an acceptable loss level, close it at market price by February 19.
-Alternative Actions: You may opt to cancel active SmartTrades on 3Commas and continue them directly on Crypto.com’s mobile app or web interface.
