Following its successful launch on our DCA Bot, you can now use more capable limit orders for Signal Bot too! Based on your feedback, we've enhanced this feature for an even better trading experience. Now available for both Signal and DCA bots! 🚀

🚀 What’s New:

Now you can set limit orders using different price reference points:

- Current Price: Set limit orders with deviation from the current price at the moment the bot receives the signal.

- Base Entry Price: Place limit orders with deviation from the price of the initial order.

- Average Entry Price: Set limit orders with deviation from the average entry price.

Ready to get started? You now have the option to send a message to your Signal Bots to start a new trade or add funds to an active trade using a Limit or Market order - for an active DCA bot deal, you can also now choose to add funds using a Limit or Market order, too!

We have released the Overview panel in the Control Panel, where users can view information about their spot assets and futures contracts, including the following parameters:

- uPnL for futures contracts aggregated by contract and exchange.
- Average entry and average market price for futures contracts aggregated by contract and exchange.
- Volume of open positions aggregated by contract and exchange.
- Free balance.

We listen to our users and are pleased to announce the following changes to the Control Panel on the Bots and Deals tabs:

📜 Pinned horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the screen, so now users can scroll the page horizontally without needing to scroll down.
📌 Pinned the column with checkboxes and bot names, so users can select bots while horizontally scrolling.
🗂 Rebuilt the rows in the Bots and Deals tables to reduce row height, fitting more content on the page.
🚫 To save space, we’ve hidden the progress bar. You can now view it by hovering over the deal’s uPnL.

🇬🇷 The Greek government will introduce a crypto tax, expected by January 2025. According to local reports, crypto and digital assets will be taxed as capital gains from the sale of securities at a 15% rate.

🔄 Polygon Labs has confirmed that MATIC will migrate to POL token on September 4, as part of the Polygon 2.0 roadmap. Only MATIC tokens in your custodian wallets will be automatically upgraded to POL.

📈 BlackRock’s iShares Ethereum Trust will open at a competitive fee of 0.12% for the first 12 months or until it gains $2.5B in net assets. Franklin Templeton’s Franklin Ethereum Exchange-traded Fund (EZET) has the cheapest fees pegged at 0.19% amongst others.

Unauthorized Account Registrations Using Email Addresses from 3rd Party Sources

Dear 3Commas Users,

Over the past 24 hours, we saw an influx of approximately 75,000 new user registrations, which initial data shows is likely to be bot activity. These bots appear to be attempting to identify registered email addresses for potential future scam and phishing operations. These are emails that were likely collected from one or more companies that may no longer be functional business entities.

To counter this, over the last 24 hours we have implemented an additional CAPTCHA from Cloudflare to stop the automated registrations. Also, as part of our existing new user verification process, a confirmation message is sent to the registered address which only people with access to the email mailbox can confirm before the new 3Commas account is fully created. However, we advise all users to stay vigilant and take the following precautions:

- Monitor Your Accounts: If you notice any unauthorized or suspicious activity, such as a new 3Commas account being created with one of your emails, please report it to our support team immediately. Malicious actors cannot create a new account with an email used on an existing account.
- Check Secondary Email Accounts: If you utilize more than one email account for crypto activities, please ensure that you check all of them to confirm they haven’t been compromised.
- Secure Your Email: Be cautious of unexpected emails or phone calls.The 3Commas Support Team will never contact you by phone or send you unsolicited links or file attachments Avoid clicking on links from unknown or suspicious sources.
- Update Your Security: Ensure that your passwords are strong and unique. Make sure you have enabled two-factor authentication for added security on every platform that offers it.

We are aware that some users’ email addresses have been used in failed attempts to register unauthorized accounts. If you have been affected, please follow these steps to secure your account:

- Log-in to 3Commas and head to the User Settings page
- Change your password
- Enable 2FA (multi-factor authentication), if you have not already done so
- Additionally, you may find it useful to check your email address with a service like http://haveibeenpwned.com (or other similar services) to see if your email address is listed as part of a known security event.

We urge all users to read our 3Commas Security help article which contains lots of useful information and tips to enhance the security of their account.

Our top priority at 3Commas is your account security, and we have a new counter to make it simple to verify that an email is truly from us: a special code (English characters and numbers only) that you create and we’ll include with every email.

Set up your anti-phishing code:
1️⃣ https://app.3commas.io/users/profile
2️⃣ Go to Settings->Security
3️⃣ Press the “Enable anti-phishing code” button and enter your unique code

Once you do that, any time you receive an email from 3Commas it should contain your code. If it doesn’t then don’t take any action or click any links in the email.
