⚙️ The common reasons WHY the 3commas bot’s status bar percentage is higher than your TP percentage setting:
1) the bot adds approx 0.2% to your TP setting to cover exchange fees (1.5% + 0.2% = 1.7% required to Take Profit)
2) you don’t have any BNB to cover Binance fees, so bot deal needs to gain more profit to cover these fees (remember: your TP% setting = true profit gains after fees have been deducted)
3) the mathematics behind low satoshi coins produce larger percentages - it’s all about the math (a tiny 1 satoshi price movement from 0.00000024 to 0.00000025 is a 4.17% gain)
4) coins that trade in whole numbers only cannot be divisible, thereby creating a larger than anticipated TP%
Note: Trailing Take Profit (TTP) can produce both higher and lower percentages than the initial TP% due to the Deviation setting (the trade volume size of Market Order has an effect as well).

✅ Here’s a trick if you want to free up reserve funds in a deal that doesn’t need the funds:
Step 1: manually reduce the Max Safety Orders (the blue third number under Status on My Deals).
Step 2: now you can manually cancel pending Safety Orders for that deal on the exchange (or on TradeDash)
If you try to cancel the SO’s before reducing the Max SO number, the bot will simply replace it. Change the Max # first.
🔹 “Editing” the bot in bot Edit only effects future deals. But clicking the “blue numbers” on My Deals effects that particular active deal instantly. You can change TP% and Max SO instantly for that individual active deal.

1️⃣Average down with Smart Trade! Add an additional order to an open Smart Trade/Smart Sell/ Smart Cover to average down your initial entry price. This feature has been available with our bots, and now we’re bringing it to SmartTrade.
2️⃣Edit even more settings on open bot deals. Aside from editing the TP (Take Profit) % and the number of safety trades, now you can:
⚪️turn Trailing on or off and adjust the %
⚪️turn Stop Loss on or off
⚪️change the number of active and total number of Safety Trades
⚪️change the Profit Currency (Quote Currency or Base Currency)
⚪️change the Take Profit Type (calculation between the percentage of total volume or percentage from base trade)
3️⃣Sort your active bot deals on the My Deals page! Just like with Smart Trade, now you can sort deals by pair, bot, and profit. Find the best candidate for a manual safety trade by sorting by profit percentage, which will typically be a large red negative percentage.
