Today, your 3Commas team is proud to announce the roll-out of several important updates intended to enhance your trading experience:
💸Paper Trading v1.0 – Available to paying subscribers, the new feature allows you to learn the power of 3Commas and test your trading skills with no financial risk.
Works only with USDT-BTC pair now. More pairs will be added soon.
🛍Marketplace – We have added new signals with denoscriptions and trading tips. More detailed instructions on each signal provider will be available soon!
⚙️SmartTrade – The “History” displays the progress of order filling. Also the average price (after manual averaging) is now displayed!
🤖Bots – New settings and useful information:
- Display the number of deals for each bot – Once the last deal is completed, the bot will be automatically turned off!
- Open multiple deals for the same pair when the deal start condition is met. If left at 1, the bot will only open one deal at a time.
- New option for Stop Loss has been added – the SL will close the trade and stop the bot!
- The Active deals now display the number of filled Safety Orders (SO) – Upcoming SO and how they are filled.
🌝Last but not least, you will notice many design changes in Smart Trade, the Settings page and the overall user interface.

Due to another #Cloudflare issue today our server was down for around an hour. Our backend processing was working fine, however, as Cloudflare is widely used by a lot of services on the internet some exchanges (Bitmex, Poloniex, Okex, Huobi plus some others) were down too. Due to that some of the trades on those exchanges were not able to execute.
We already moved out from Cloudflare to Amazon CDN and this should not ever happen again. We are sorry for the inconvenience and deeply appreciate your understanding.
If you feel that you missed some trades please contact our support so we can explore your issue and find a way to fix it.

Dear users, we want to warn you about attempts to steal your funds on our behalf. The recent Bitcoin rise attracts not only new traders, but new scammers are showing up too.
There are multiple accounts on telegram that look almost the same way as our admins' accounts. When you're being contacted by one of our admins, please double check that it's an official account.
If someone asks you to send funds, that's a scam attempt in all cases. We never ask you to pay in private chats. Our support members never ask you to pay. There is no issue on 3Commas that can be resolved by sending BTC or any other currency. We don't have accounts called '3Commas support' and other similar names.
Always check if the person you're speaking with is the official representative. You can ensure it by checking if the person has admin rights on our chat. Scammers use very similar usernames, so check carefully, letter by letter.
Never send your funds to anyone. When you have any doubts, you can always contact our support via email support@3commas.io.
Please be aware of this as if you send cryptocurrency to scammers, you have no way to get it back.

What’s new in service for last 3 weeks.
As you remember, quite recently, Cloudflare outages took down many services, including Coinbase, other crypto exchanges and also 3Commas. So we’ve changed DDoS provider Cloudflare to Amazon Services to protect the website from attacks.
🔵Dashboard updates and other improvements:
Improvements in top right switcher between a Real account and Paper Trading. Now you can see a changing of balance per day.
🔹Bots active deals have the advanced format in the mobile version. We removed the swipe option and drop-down blocks with deal information were added.
🔹New secure login requirements: You have 6 attempts to enter a password. After 6 failed attempts, the password can only be recovered via email. Also, please note that after 6 unsuccessful attempts, the password will be reset on all devices including the mobile app.
🔹Please share your opinions. Now in the emails, you can leave feedback and help us understand what is most important to you.
🔵BOTS
🔹When you edit take profit, TP percentage in an already open deal, the value you just changed and the price at which the deal will close is displayed below.
🔹Notification messages regarding profit are issued before the Trailing Take Profit, TTP is activated so you will have an indication of what would have happened if the trailing function had not been activated.
🔵SMART TRADE
Important updates in the trading terminal. Now you have 3 easy steps to start:
1 Choose exchange;
2 Select the main coin for trade;
3 Enter a pair.
Please note:
The field displaying the exchange name also displays the amounts of available funds on that particular exchange.
Also, when selecting a coin, the available amount on that exchange is displayed.
🔹Decentralized trading. Binance DEX is available in Smart Trade.
🔹Additional API keys checking. If you want to create a trade with wrong API keys we will warn you about the problems. For example, if the exchange is not available, you will receive an error notification that will alert you.
🔹Averaging has become more convenient, now you can enter the exact amount while you edit your active deal.
