🔹Bitcoin Cash devs asked its miners to donate12.5% of the reward for the mined block for the development of the network. A similar idea was also supported by representatives of the major BCH mining pools.
🔹Alexander Vinnik, suspected of laundering $4 billion through the BTC-e exchange, was extradited to France. Presumably, his final stop will be the United States.
🔹Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse announced the possibility of entering the company in an IPO. A recent Ripple report also noted a sharp decline in the release of tokens to the market.
🔹 Deutsche Bank experts believe that digital yuan could undermine the supremacy of the dollar in the global economy.
🔹Justin Sun, CEO of the TRON Foundation, again had lunch with someone. This time with Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak. He's not Warren Buffett, but it seems it comes down to more hype news in the headlines. In the meantime, while Justin was eating, two former Bittorent employees filed a lawsuit against him.

Withdrawal fees for BTC are reduced by 20%, it was 0.0005 BTC and now is 0.0004 BTC
Withdrawal fees for ETH are massively reduced, now only 0.003 ETH instead of 0.01 ETH!

The Zcash community has supported the idea of changing the distribution of remuneration. Miners will continue to receive 80% of the reward for the mined block (despite the original plan that after the next halving, miners would receive 100% of the block reward.)
The donated 20% will be divided as follows:

7% - Electric Coin Company (the development company)

According to the latest data, the Chinese coronavirus 2019-nCoV infected more than 9 thousand people. This terrible event could not help but affect the state of the world economy.
Here is how Markets have responded over the past week:
- Chinese CSI 300 lost more than 4%
- Shanghai Stock Exchange index lost almost 3%
- Dow Jones lost more than 1%
- A barrel of Brent fell by nearly 10%
But the defensive assets that we recently wrote about are growing in price:

Bitcoin hits $10’000. What’s next?

But let’s look at altcoins, that can even outperform Bitcoin. Due to the past altcoins’ gains, we can assume, that a full-scale altseason will start after Bitcoin reaches a local (or even global) high and sustains on this level. Many coins have already grown 50% and even more, but it can be just the beginning. And please don’t forget to set stop losses.

News background is very miscellaneous. PlusToken’s bitcoins start moving, we wrote about possible effect here. Huobi exchange is accused of cartel collusion with Chinese EOS block producers.
However, there is much more positive news.

🔹Coinbase will provide custodial services for Polkadot. Dfinity is the last heavyweight project, whose plans about listing on exchanges are not public yet.
🔹More Coinbase. Residents of New York State will be able to trade Zcash. CVC, GNT, LOOM and MANA now are available for trading on Coinbase PRO.
🔹Okex launched OKCain testnet and OKEx DEX. Huobi chain is next in line for a launch.
