I wrote to @DHSgov demanding more information on his legal standing with the U.S. government. They declined to answer, saying Mr. Pineda would have to sign off on any information released.

Americans’ right to be protected from deadly encounters should not be predominated by a “right to privacy” given to illegal aliens.

Texas Republican introduces bill requiring CBP to screen migrants against federal terrorist watch list

Rep. Roger Williams, R-Texas, will introduce a bill in the House of Representatives this week the ‘Identifying Potential Terrorist at the Border Act of 2024’.

This bill would require CBP officers to screen each migrant that crosses the U.S. border, whether legally or illegally, against the terror watch list. Migrants would be detained until a cross-reference search of each one was completed.

Report: ERIC Deemed 168,000 Dead Or Relocated Virginians ‘Eligible But Unregistered’ To Vote

Virginia Gov. Glen Youngkin (R) had vetoed D led bills that would have required the state to re- join the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC) on March 8th.

State elections officials have since found and blocked 168,000 noncitizens, felons, and dead residents from the Eligible but Unregistered lists ERIC compiled, according to records provided to the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF).

Indiana high school student gets custom flag wrap for pickup truck

Cameron Blasek, a senior at East Central High School in St. Leon, Ind., had flown an American flag from his pickup truck the entire school year.

School administrators told him to stop flying an American flag on his truck several weeks ago. The school did relent after a day once Blasek showed administrators he hadn’t broken any rules.

A Cincinnati graphics company supported Blasek with a new custom wrap for his pickup truck. The wrap on his truck was gifted to Blasek.
