Washington State Supreme Court: Nah, You Don't Need to Pass the Bar Exam to Become a Lawyer

Washington State Supreme Court issued a pair of rulings eliminating the requirement that aspiring lawyers pass the bar, arguing that the exam “disproportionally and unnecessarily blocks” marginalized groups. 

Essentially, the justices are basically arguing that these "marginalized groups" are incapable of passing the exam, which would seem pretty discriminatory.

House unanimously votes to keep sensitive American data out of hostile countries' hands

The Protecting Americans’ Data from Foreign Adversaries Act was introduced by House Energy & Commerce Committee.

Its purpose is "to prohibit data brokers from transferring sensitive data of United States individuals to foreign adversaries, and for other purposes."

The definition of "sensitive data" includes:

✔️Log-in credentials

🚨Trump legal team blasts 'unconstitutional' attempts to force property sale as deadline for $464M fine nears

Lawyers for former President Trump are blasting New York Attorney General Letitia James’ "unconstitutional" attempts to block the GOP presumptive nominee’s appeal and force a property sale as the deadline for him to post hundreds of million in bond.

Trump and his legal team have appealed and requested a stay on his $464 million civil fraud judgment.

The lawyers said the "enormous magnitude" of the bond requirement, which effectively requires cash reserves approaching $1 billion, is "unprecedented for a private company." 

Clifford S Robert said "It would be completely illogical, and the definition of an unconstitutional Excessive Fine and a Taking, to require Defendants to sell properties at all, and especially in a ‘fire sale,’ in order to be able to appeal the lawless Supreme Court judgment, as that would cause harm that cannot be repaired once the Defendants do win, as is overwhelmingly likely, on appeal…”

I will be asking Tennessee lawmakers to investigate whether or not the University of Memphis colluded with protesters to deliberately sabotage our even with Kyle Rittenhouse last night by forcing a day-of change of the ticketing system (they made us user their ticketing system because of "fairness and equity") and then tipping off local activists so they could reserve nearly all of the tickets to stage a walk out. We very well may also file a lawsuit on viewpoint discrimination. Stay tuned.
