Washington State Supreme Court issued a pair of rulings eliminating the requirement that aspiring lawyers pass the bar, arguing that the exam “disproportionally and unnecessarily blocks” marginalized groups.
Essentially, the justices are basically arguing that these "marginalized groups" are incapable of passing the exam, which would seem pretty discriminatory.

I will be asking Tennessee lawmakers to investigate whether or not the University of Memphis colluded with protesters to deliberately sabotage our even with Kyle Rittenhouse last night by forcing a day-of change of the ticketing system (they made us user their ticketing system because of "fairness and equity") and then tipping off local activists so they could reserve nearly all of the tickets to stage a walk out.
