Hiding the Evidence: Media Blocked From Scene of Border Storming in El Paso
Jennie Taer, the Texas-based reporter for the New York Post who broke the story with her colleague James Breeden and posted the stunning video says that the area where the mayhem occurred has been blocked off to the media.
The sign posted read:
*MEMBERS OF THE MEDIA*
Please stay off the ramp and away from the sliding gate.
DO NOT disrupt US Border Patrol Operations by being in the way of transportation vehicles.
DO NOT attempt to make contact with migrants unless authorized by US Border Patrol officials.
Please refer all inquiries to the US Border Patrol Public Affairs Office [phone number].
How can they tell reporters they are not allowed to talk to the "migrants?”

State Farm announced on 3/20 that it would cut 72,000 home and apartment policies in California due to inflation, regulatory costs and increasing risks from catastrophes.
The commissioner said he wants to investigate State Farm's finances, but warned that regulators can't go too far, or else they would risk pushing companies out of California entirely.
The Commissioner said “Insurance companies are not like utility companies," he told KABC. "By law, they don't have to be here, and when we try to over regulate… what happened after the Northridge earthquake, when the legislature came in and tried to overregulate, and they no longer write earthquake insurance in California."
