American livestreamer allegedly kidnapped, held for ransom in Haiti during trip to meet gang leader 'Barbecue'
Addison Pierre Maalouf, known as YourFellowArab on YouTube and Twitch and his Haitian colleague, Sacra Sean, were allegedly abducted.
The abduction allegedly happened on March 14 by armed men belonging to a gang known as the 400 Mawozo. They were acting on behalf of Lanmò 100 jou, a gang leader belonging to the Viv Ansanm coalition who made it onto the FBI's most wanted list after kidnapping 17 Christian missionaries in 2021.
The perpetrators allegedly demanded a ransom of $600,000, some $40,000 of which has been paid.

More than 4,000 migrants are apprehended at US-Canada border in just four months exceeding last 12 years COMBINED - including 103 from terror watchlist
The US Border Patrol has already seized double the amount of fentanyl at the northern border that they did last year.
According to the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, agents have interdicted 1,212 pounds of fentanyl at the northern border- enough to kill 270 million Americans.
The individuals crossing came from 66 different countries, including India, Bangladesh, Haiti and Venezuela.
Approximately 49% of those arrested were from Mexico.
In 2023, the Border Patrol arrested 564 people on the terror watchlist. 💥484 of them were apprehended along the norther border.
In 2024, 103 people on the watchlist have already been arrested trying to cross the northern border.
