America First Legal sues Biden DOD for concealing 'secretive Obama order' that could exonerate Trump in seized docs case

America First Legal announced that it had filed a lawsuit against the DoD, alleging that the federal agency illegally concealed records regarding the Presidential Information Technology Committee, which was set up by the Obama administration to "improve the information resources and information systems provided to the President."

AFL argued that the documents, which they requested via a FOIA request in January, "could exonerate" Donald Trump in his classified documents case.

According to AF, the PITC makes it appear as though the president has the authority to control all the information he or she receives. Therefore, it could act as proof that Trump believed he was within his rights to hold on to the documents in question

Fani Willis Accused Of Illegally Recording Phone Call

Christopher Kachouroff, who is representing Trump co-defendant Harrison Floyd, alleges that Willis recorded a phone call between her and one of Kachouroff’s Maryland-based colleagues. The recording was conducted without their knowledge.

This would be a violation of Maryland’s Wiretap Act under which recording a private conversation without consent from both parties is a crime punishable by up to 5 years in prison and fines up to $10,000. The law is different in Georgia, which is a one-party consent state.

Floyd is seeking to have his trial moved to nearby Coffee County. Attorneys for Floyd have argued that he cannot receive a fair trial in Fulton County given Willis’ conduct.

🚨The IDF investigation into the killing of the aid workers in Gaza found: the attack was carried out without intelligence incrimination and contrary to the instructions to open fire

The Chief of Staff decided on a severe punishment - the commanding general, the division commander and the platoon were reprimanded,
The brigade commander and the brigade support commander were removed from their positions

The IDF investigation into the killing of the 7 humanitarian aid workers of the WCK organization found that the Nahal Brigade, which carried out the attack, carried it out while making wrong decisions, contrary to the instructions to open fire and without any "incrimination" (verified information) that they were terrorists.

As part of the investigation, a number of serious faults were revealed:
- The aid workers' travel in the convoy was coordinated with the IDF, but the coordination did not go from the higher levels (the command and the division) to the field levels (the brigade)
- The vehicles were attacked even though there was no certainty that they were terrorists, but only an assessment by the personnel of the brigade headquarters.
- The attack was carried out after a gunman was identified shooting from one of the convoy's trucks, but even though the division commander gave an order not to attack the humanitarian convoy
- The brigade attacked all 3 vehicles of the convoy, after a gunman who entered the first vehicle was identified. Although there was no information about the presence of armed men in the second vehicle and the third vehicle - they were also attacked, minutes apart from each other and for no real reason.

The Chief of Staff stated at the end of the investigation that this was a serious mistake made while making wrong decisions and that the incident could have been prevented.

Decisions of the Chief of Staff:
A command reprimand to the commander of the Southern Command, Major General Yaron Finkelman
A command reprimand to the commander of Division 162, Brigadier General Itzik Cohen
A command reprimand to the commander of the Nahal Brigade, Col. Yair Zuckerman

The two commanders who commanded the attack - the commander of the Nahal brigade (reserved lieutenant colonel) and the Nahal brigade support commander (regular major) - will be removed from their positions.

Additional conclusions of the IDF:
- Mark aid vehicles of international organizations with thermal stickers. The sticker that was on the roofs of the vehicles with the WCK logo was not detected by the attacking UAVs due to the darkness at night.
- The IDF will bring together the relevant international organizations operating in the Gaza Strip (without UNRWA of course) to discuss with them additional ways to protect their personnel operating in the Gaza Strip.

Radiation Leak In Russia's Khabarovsk: What We Know So Far

Here's what we know about the radiation leak:

-Russian news agency TASS said in a report that elevated radiation levels were detected near a power pylon about 2.5 km from residential buildings. It added that source of the radiation has been found.

-The source was "removed and placed in a protective container" and "transported to a radioactive waste storage facility".

-No one had been injured or exposed to radiation and "there is no threat to the health of citizens", TASS quoted the local branch of Russia's consumer safety watchdog as saying.

-Videos from the city have appeared on social media and show a man wearing a nuclear protective mask with a radiation reader, according to Metro. The metre on the device quickly rises as the man walks over a "waste dump", the outlet further said.

-The man is heard saying on camera that the number on the metre was 20, enough potentially to increase cancer risk, damage DNA, cause foetal damage, and threaten the health of children, the outlet further said.

-Authorities said radiation levels would be monitored for the next two days and the source of the radiation would be investigated.

Scientists Warn Bird Flu Pandemic Could Be ‘100 Times Worse’ Than COVID-19

Here we go again.

The Texas Department of State Health Services confirmed the first human case of avian influenza A(H5N1) in the state, linked to contact with infected dairy cows.

The patient suffered from conjunctivitis, also known as pink eye, and is expected to make a full recovery.

John Fulton, a vaccine consultant and pharmaceutical industry expert, warns, “This appears to be 100 times worse than Covid, or it could be if it mutates and maintains its high case fatality rate.”

However, Jennifer Nuzzo from Brown University’s School of Public Health told PBS that bird flu poses a “quite low” risk to public health.

So, why all the scaremongering?

Elijah Schaffer suspects it has something to do with efforts to ram through the WHO’s Pandemic Treaty:

“This article from the WHO explains that the WHO member states agreed to resume negotiations aimed at finalizing the world’s first pandemic agreement. So, they want to take away your civil liberties and your rights under the guise that it’s for public health. Sound familiar?”
