it is an interesting feeling, to hold things that old in my hands, when put in perspective against certain stuff
idk about other places but on this country, for some reason, there are tv shows about yankees explaining how a 60 year old anything, sometimes even not that young, has incredible historical value as they try to sell it somewhere. i have heard ppl say "they have esentially no history, so if they have a bicycle of 100 years ago, they will value it like nowhere else in this world because they think of it as a relic" idk what words they used
