idk about other places but on this country, for some reason, there are tv shows about yankees explaining how a 60 year old anything, sometimes even not that young, has incredible historical value as they try to sell it somewhere. i have heard ppl say "they have esentially no history, so if they have a bicycle of 100 years ago, they will value it like nowhere else in this world because they think of it as a relic" idk what words they used
