turns out it's not exactly digital gold
it's tradfi's version of polymarket to place early bets/front run events you can't do with broader indices (ie china tariff easing)

holding shorts is a whole other skill set and definitely not for the faint of heart

had to catch myself because although i hit some trades, i can’t say that it was a good decision in hindsight
lack of discipline just leads to ruin eventually esp in this game
