having read developments on both launchcoin and heaven today, i will say that both are taking the right steps toward icm

both speak of big changes in the coming ~2 weeks, so there is time in between

icm q4, winner undecided

i bias toward heaven for previously mentioned reasons, but should pasternak win convincingly eventually i will not be a stubborn baggie!
