This headline is misleading. The actual CFTC press release doesn't say "Binance" or "offshore crypto exchanges" once.

In fact, the takeaway is that the CFTC wants to give Americans that went offshore to build crypto products a way back to US soil.

i do believe icm returns as well maybe later in the year when conditions get better it will probably be a banger (and proper) meta revisit this in q4

having read developments on both launchcoin and heaven today, i will say that both are taking the right steps toward icm

both speak of big changes in the coming ~2 weeks, so there is time in between

icm q4, winner undecided
