Breaking: Binance announced the sale of its Russian operations to CommEX, exiting Russia completely. Binance will work with CommEX to inform users on how to migrate their assets to CommEX. A portion of new user registrations for Russian KYC will be redirected to CommEX immediately and will scale over time. Over the next few months, Binance will cancel all trading services and business lines in Russia. — link
CommEX is a newly established exchange and there is no information about its employees or controllers. The exchange opened spot trading pairs BTC/USDT and ETH/USDT for the first time on July 25, and the exchange was officially launched at 12:00 (UTC) on September 26. Its Twitter account currently has only 255 followers, including CZ. BNB holders will continue to receive a 25% discount on trading fees on CommEX, CZ said in a tweet. — link

i think we have one more fakeout to the upside before going down
leaning towards a reclaim here of prev Monday low before targeting range high
after which, likely to be a fakeout of the daily resistance trendline
then we'll test and likely break 26k from there
