My read of this new is that it's mostly a meme EO that is very far from a SBR, and people are just getting (wrongly) excited about altcoins

There won't be an altcoin strategic reserve lol

On the positive side, it's a crypto EO that signals to the market that they are constructive towards the industry, but we already knew that.

Overall this does not sound like a very bullish news but I don't think it should lead to a violent sell the news effect either

It looks like Saylor has gobbled up all the BTC supply from $70k to $100k and now we're sitting at $105k with almost zero leverage in the system, as if it was a stable equilibrium price

Top performers from yesterday's stockpile news seem to be $ETH and $LDO $EIGEN $ONDO $MORPHO (ETH adjacent coins)

This was actually the bottom for MSTR premium, right below 1.7x

One thing that is certain is that Saylor will keep piling in billions into $BTC as long as the MSTR premium remains at these levels

This is specifically bullish to $BTC though, which could very well lead to the continuation of the BTC supremacy over the market (ie BTC outperforming everything that is not the hot new thing on any multimonth timeframe)
