"Russia also does not appear to be moving its larger and better-trained units away from Ukraine and into Kursk just yet, said two other sources familiar with western intelligence. One of those sources said Russia appears to instead be bolstering Kursk’s defenses primarily with untrained connoscripts taken from elsewhere in Russia.
'We haven’t seen a substantial move [of Russian troops] just yet, and we can’t tell whether that’s just because they’re only just getting started moving forces, or whether they just don’t have the forces to move,' said one of the sources familiar with US intelligence."

The Russian Ministry of Digital Development announced today that local Rostelecom branch workers were attacked (most likely by drone) while working to restore communications.
1 Communications specialist was killed and 1 wounded.
Most likely area of this attack was at a Radio Tower just south of the town located at 51.5462, 34.67896.
Local Rostelecom branch building is at
51.568023,34.686104.
The continued attacks on this tower and local repair crews is keeping the whole western flank of the Kursk Offensive in a dead zone.
Most importantly for Russian Forces Rylsk is Guarding the Rear of Korenevo if Rylsk is captured by Ukraine the main road out of Korenevo is cut off.
Another significant item about Rylsk. This town is the extreme flank for the Russian defense on the E-38 Highway and the extreme end of the Rus...
