The present moment is sometimes unacceptable, unpleasant, or awful.

It is as it is. Observe how the mind labels it and how this labeling process, this continuous sitting in judgment, creates pain and unhappiness. By watching the mechanics of the mind, you step out of its resistance patterns, and you can then allow the present moment to be. This will give you a taste of the state of inner freedom
from external conditions, the state of true inner peace. Then see what happens, and take action if necessary or possible.

Accept - then act. Whatever the present moment contains, accept it as if you had chosen it. Always work with it, not against it. Make it your friend and ally, not your enemy. This will miraculously transform your whole life.

13. Practice patience Periods : Life itself is a classroom and patience is the curriculum. Start with determination to be patient for just 5 minutes(not when alone, when disturbances are more). It is a quality which feeds on itself. It provides perspective. Present challenge is not
“life or death” situation, but a minor obstacle to be dealt with.

14. Be The First One To Reach Out: After some fight be the first one to make a move. It is good for all. It also brings peace.

15. Ask: Will this matter a Year From Now : Many a times small things irritate us too much. It is good to ask this question at such moments. It could be a mistake at home or office, a setback, a lost watch/wallet, sickness, arguments etc.

EMPOWERING PEOPLE
“Choose to be in close proximity to people who are empowering, who appeal to your sense of connection to intention, who see the greatness in you, who feel connected to God, who live a life that gives evidence that Spirit has found celebration through them.” This sentiment is echoed throughout the wisdom of all the great teachers.
From Rumi (see Notes): “Stay with friends who support you in these. Talk with them about sacred texts, and how you are doing, and how they are doing, and keep your practices together.”
To Susan Jeffers in her great (!) book Feel the Fear… And Do it Anyway: “It is amazingly empowering to have the support of a strong, motivated, and inspirational group of people.
”So… Who inspires you the most?
How much time are you spending with them?
Are you spending time with people who bring you down?
Who don’t recognize your potential ?

16. Surrender to the Fact That Life Isn’t fair: We all complain about this almost every day and lose of our peace of mind. Even if we don’t understand why, there is a purpose in it. If we simply accept that this is how it is and will always be, then you are at peace.
17. Allow Yourself To Be Bored: Our mind likes continuous excitement. However, our system is not designed for that. If we learn to welcome such breaks of doing nothing. We will be peaceful, relaxed and recharged, coming back stronger, shaper, more focussed and creative.

○ The way in which we were treated is so much more important than how much we love somebody else because when you are infatuated with somebody else in a way you naive because you dont have a clear view, you dont have a clear perspective you are wearing the lens of love, you are wearing the lens of tenderness, you are wearing the lense of lust ... and when you are viewing friendships and relationships from this point of view that's almost blinding,
● we fail to recognize the red flag
● we fail to recognize the mistreatment
● we fail to recognize the disrespect
......So take off those glasses find yourself a new pair
♡ Clear the old lens and allow yourself to see the situations for what they are and NOT for what you hope them to be

18. Avoid Stress Build up: When you feel things are getting out of control, and you feel stressed up, take a few deep breaths, and go out for a short walk. If you can’t go out of the office, at least get out of the place of action, and just take a coffee or washroom break. Just wash your face, or hum a tune if you can, or listen to some soothing music, or just relax in a chair as if you are taking a few minutes nap. When stress is small it is easy to manage and control. Once it gathers momentum, it is difficult to stop.
19. Once a Week Write A heartfelt Letter: It need not be to a relation, friend, or a colleague. It can be to anyone who has +vely influenced you. Since the letter is not to be posted, you need not worry about the style. The expressed feelings are important. You will enjoy this habit. It is an expression of gratitude, and the more we do it, the more we benefit.

FLOAT

Thomas Edison didn’t contemplate the darkness of things. In order to float an idea into your reality, you must be willing to do a somersault into the unconceivable and land on your feet, contemplating what you want instead of what you don’t have.” As Thomas Troward points out: “The law of flotation was not discovered by contemplating the sinking of things, but by contemplating the floating of things which floated naturally, and then intelligently asking why they did so.”What do you want to see “float”?!? Well, it’s time to contemplate it floating then, eh?!!? Try to catch yourself when you’re focused on how your idea might “sink” and bring yourself back (diligently, patiently, and persistently!) to the place of contemplating the SUCCESS of your idea. Float. Float. Float. :)

If you never heal from what hurt you..
You will bleed on people who never cut you! I got to be honest with you when it comes to relationships pain and when it comes to heart break its a drive through only matter you cant go around it, you can't avoid it ! The only way to get over it is to actually face it and drive through it !

○Love as beautiful as it may be it's just an emotion and sometimes we fall in love with the most toxic person,sometimes we fall in love with people who doesn't share the same values that we have ! And its important that when we are looking for a partner we should not only use our hearts but we should also use our mind! We should look for someone that is compatible with us! We should look for someone that makes our heart flutter. But at the same time, inspire us to be a better version of ourselves!
