25. Set Aside Quiet Time Every Day: There is something rejuvenating and peaceful about being alone and having some time to reflect, work, or simply enjoy the quiet. While coming back home, stop at a nice spot, spend a few minutes looking at nature, or simply close eyes and breathe slowly. It slows you down, and helps in feeling centred and grateful. Find what suits you best in a creative manner.

26. Imagine People in Your Life As Tiny Infants and as 100 Year Old Adults: Even if these persons make mistakes and irritate you, if you think of them like this, you will become more peaceful.

27. Seek First to Understand: Makes you more content and effective. It essentially means without waiting for others to understand you, you take the 1st step in trying to understand others. It is not about right or wrong, it is about effective communication. The other person feels respected, and communication improves, resulting in loving relationships.

POLARITY

Using ‘polarity thinking’ to achieve sustainable positive outcomes

Like yin and yang, polarities are interdependent values that support each other; here’s how this knowledge can be used to improve health care.Polarities and the concept of interdependency have existed since ancient times. The Taoist “yin-yang” symbol represents interdependent energies – like light and dark – and the acknowledgement that life is about both.
●  Highly effective leaders are effective partially because of their ability to manage polarities.
 ● High-performing organizations perform well because, in part, they have created systems and processes that help them manage polarities well. Effective leaders are both clear and flexible, and high performing organizations both centralize for coordination and decentralize for responsiveness

Your perception of me is a reflection of you…my reaction to you is an awareness of me – perhaps think about this as you go about your daily life with people that surround you & it might just give you some understanding of who you really are & what you are thinking. You can only see in someone else something you already have inside of you. This is something that many of us either don’t realise or act upon but it can change your whole outlook on life.

“Revenge Bedtime Procrastination"
......................RBP...........................

Revenge bedtime procrastination describes the decision to sacrifice sleep for leisure time that is driven by a daily schedule lacking in free time.

For people in high-stress jobs that take up the bulk of their day, revenge bedtime procrastination is a way to find a few hours of entertainment even though it results in insufficient sleep.

Although revenge bedtime procrastination can be tempting in the moment, late nights followed by early mornings can directly lead to serious sleep deprivation. Cutting back on sleep can have significant negative effects on mental, physical, and emotional health with short- and long-term consequences.

Understanding sleep procrastination, including its symptoms, causes, and consequences, can help you recognize when you’re engaging in it. Then, you can take steps to prevent bedtime procrastination from leading to insufficient sleep.

When you want to feel whole again, you must start by permitting yourself. Sometimes when things go wrong, you hinder your ability to heal emotionally by not allowing yourself to heal. If this sounds like your situation, then you need to permit yourself to become whole again.

You won’t overcome obstacles right away. It takes time, so you must be patient with yourself as you go through it. Use this healing affirmation if you find yourself getting frustrated with your progress because you will get there, even if it takes time.

28. Become a Better Listener: Most of us are very poor listeners. We interrupt others and start responding. Be content to listen fully what others are saying. Other person then feels
respected. Both feel peaceful, and conserve energy. There is no competition for time. The understanding and communication then becomes better.

29. Choose Your Battles Wisely: This simply means that there is no need to get worked up about everything. Do not argue, confront or fight over ‘small stuff’. There will always be difference
of opinion, imperfection. Accept these. This way you are more peaceful and conserve energy for the important battles.
