The Port of Rotterdam is preparing for a potential conflict with Russia by reserving space for military cargo vessels, according to the Financial Times.

Previously, the port lacked a dedicated berth for handling weapons shipments. Now, a container terminal will serve as the only secure location for transferring ammunition.
