Anyone actually in shape would know that simply being non-fat is nowhere near achieving any kind of fitness ideal
— For real fitness ideal, you’d use steroids to “cheat” to get there, not ozempic
But steroids have been around forever and practically no gym dudes care

Cagrilintide is a synthetic version of amylin, and it does seem to have glucose-regulating as a well as weight loss-inducing effects.

Vallejo, California. A surveillance camera on a car captured the moments when a woman was robbed while loading groceries into her car at a Costco.
Police said two minors and a mother were arrested in connection with this incident.
