⚡️Breaking: Turkish attacks on Rojava & Southern Kurdistan
Shortly before midnight, the Turkish state began large-scale attacks in Rojava and South Kurdistan;
Drone strikes in the city centre of Kobanê, near Derîk, and the city centre of Qamişlo have killed at least 3 persons.
In Tel Rifat, Turkish artillery fire killed at least 2 civilians & injured many others
Villages in Til Temir, Girê Spî and Minbic are also under heavy weapons fire at the moment. There are reports of mortar and artillery shelling from various villages.
Almost the entire border region between Rojava and the Turkish state is under fire.
At the same time, large-scale bombardment of the Medya defence areas in South Kurdistan has been reported. From Garê region, Turkish fighter jets & drones were reported to have carried out continuous attacks for almost 20 minutes. There are also reports of airstrikes from the districts of Sulaymaniah & Duhok as well as Şengal.
The attacks are continuing & the number of casualties is expected to rise.
