Me when I’m talking to my therapist and she asks me how I feel so I laugh awkwardly and say “uh… neutral?… haha?…” and she smiles and says “neutral isn’t an actual emotion sweetheart 😭” so i genuinely have to calculate what I’m feeling (I have no idea what I’m feeling)
