ከ2016ዓ.ም የትምህርት ዘመን ጀምሮ የሀገሪቱን ስርአተ ትምህርት ተግባራዊ የማያደርጉ አለም አቀፍ ትምህርት ቤቶች(international school) የሚማሩ ተማሪዎች የ6ኛ እና 8ኛ ክፍል መልቀቂያን ጨምሮ የ12ኛ ክፍል ፈተና መፈተን እንደማይችሉ ኃላፊው በመግለጫቸው ጠቁመው ወላጆች ከወዲሁ ይህንኑ ታሳቢ ያደረገ ውሳኔ በመወሰን ልጆቻቸውን ማስመዝገብ እንደሚጠበቅባቸው አስገንዝበዋል፡፡

This means first its must be square means equal rows and column.
