4.Diagonal matrix :A square matrix which all non diagonal elements are 0 is called a diagonal matrix.
This means first its must be square means equal rows and column.
Example (2 0 0)

5.zero matrix: A matrix which each elements is zero or null matrix.
Example (0 0 )

6.scalar matrix: a diagonal matrix which all the diagonal elements are equal.

በጎንደር ዩኒቨርሲቲ የ12ኛ ክፍል መልቀቂያ ፈተና ሲሰጥ የነበረ አንድ ፈታኝ እንዲሁም ሁለት ፖሊሶች መገደላቸውን ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር አሳውቋል፡፡
የ2015 ዓ.ም የ12ኛ ክፍል ብሔራዊ ፈተና መጠናቀቅን አስመልክተው ለጋዜጠኞች መግለጫ የሰጡት የትምህርት ሚኒስትሩ፤ ትላንትና በጎንደር ዩኒቨርሲቲ ሦስት ካምፓሶች የተከሰተውን አብራርተዋል፡፡
በዕለቱ “በአካባቢው ያሉ የታጠቁ ኢ-መደበኛ ኃይሎች በመከላከያ ሰራዊት ላይ ተኩስ መክፈታቸውን” ተከትሎ፤ በተካሄደ የተኩስ ልውውጥ በጎንደር ዩኒቨርሲቲ የ12ኛ ክፍል ፈተና ሲሰጥ የነበረ አንድ ግለሰብ እና ሁለት የፌደራል ፖሊስ አባሎች መገደላቸውን ሚኒስትሩ ተናግረዋል። አንድ የፌደራል ፖሊስ አባልም መቁሰሉን ገልጸዋል።
በዚህ ክስተት ምክንያትም በጎንደር ዩኒቨርሲቲ “ማራኪ”፣ “ቴዎድሮስ” እና “ፋሲል” ካምፓሶች የ12ኛ ክፍል ፈተና ሲፈተኑ የነበሩ 16 ሺህ ገደማ ተማሪዎች፤ ትላንት ከሰዓት እና ዛሬ ጠዋት የተሰጡትን ፈተናዎች አለመውሰዳቸውን ጠቅሰዋል። ፈተናውን ላልወሰዱ ተማሪዎች "ሌላ አማራጭ" እንደሚዘጋጅም ጠቁመዋል።
በጎንደር ዩኒቨርሲቲ ሦስት ካምፓሶች ላይ ካጋጠመው ችግር ውጪ በአማራ ክልል በሚገኙ ሌሎች ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች የተሰጠው ፈተና “በሰላም መጠናቀቁን” ሚኒስትሩ ተናግረዋል። ተማሪዎቹን የማጓጓዝ ሥራ መጀመሩንም ገልጸዋል።
ይሁን እንጂ የአውሮፕላን በረራ በተቋረጠባቸው አካባቢዎች የሚገኙ የፈተና አስፈጻሚዎች፤ “ሁኔታው እስከሚረጋጋ ድረስ ትንሽ ቀን” መጠበቃቸው ግድ እንደሆነ ሚኒስትሩ ጠቁመዋል።
