Been a stellar start to the week, keep those combos up guys 💪

It's important to note that FindFlow isn't about comparing how much you're doing something, eg I ran 10kms today/you ran 5. But wether you're doing what you planned to do, eg I completed my run and so did you 🤝

This is the report feature of the bot which I'd like to build out further, to do so I need your help.

What sort of things would you like to see? We could do, tick icons 🔺🔻 up or down to show where you've moved on the ladder relative to previous week. Include what sort of things people are working on. We could have leader boards for specific patterns, eg who stuck to their meditation schedule, we can also filter this by specific groups and so much more.

The best way to do this is to workout what works and build it out, that's why I'm starting with the simple weekly report

As always the best way to support us is by using the app, or giving us a share, we're 100% free and committed to providing the best tools for your growth.
Thanks so much for the 250 subs guys, absolutely amazing stuff.

Look forward to making this app even better, so you can all reach your own milestones, more quickly, with more motivation, more visualisation and more coopetition.

💪🙏
This is an excellent post from solbrah, basically it's about how we need to get off the apps and our phone, I totally agree.

Early on in development a friend asked me about making a self improvement app and how it contradicts the idea that people spend too much time on their devices.

I disagree, the goal of this tool is to motivate and inspire you to pursue things in real life. Only reporting for a short period daily as necessary.

I use the app once a day for five minutes, to record how I went and to satisfy my curiosity how others are progressing.

The goal is to be an app that gets you off the apps.

Mentally reward yourself for completing a habit. This will release dopamine which is your primary motivator in life, this dopamine release will help cement that habit in place.

New feature

This bot command allows you to get a snapshot of your progress to date.

It's a good way to see your lifes self improvement habits in a single easily shareable snapshot.

To use it, just connect your FindFlow account with telegram and type /progress with the bot

I can see from my efforts that I've completed 456 occurrences of things I wanted and missed 117 overall, I can also see my success rate for things, which habits I'm doing well, where I'm struggling, events that make my motivation dip and much more.
How many of you would be interested in a last man standing type habit competition?

Eg, wake up everyday at 6am, everyone tries to keep this up as many days as possible, if you miss a day you're out and the last person is the winner

Here's the round up for week 5 of the year, the harsh reality is that this week is gone forever, it's in the past. I slipped hard this weekend, this app is brutally honest if nothing at reminding me when I need to get back on the horse, next week will be stronger

Well done especially to the guys who completed 100% of their goals incredible stuff💪💪
Hey guys, just to let you know there's a bug with the reminder command, im hopefully going to have this fixed today

Excellent book summary of the book "Atomic Habits", this was a major motivator for developing the platform. Well worth a watch...

Considering the quotes from the book below you can see the influence for tracking and making consistent gains. FindFlow aims to enhance visualisation and awareness of your progress to boost your consistent gains.

“Every action you take is a vote for the type of person you wish to become. No single instance will transform your beliefs, but as the votes build up, so does the evidence of your new identity.”

“You should be far more concerned with your current trajectory than with your current results.”

“Habits are the compound interest of self-improvement”

The best way to support us is by improving your life by tracking your growth with FindFlow, our app experience is much faster now, if you used it previously you'll be amazed at the lightning speed differences.
*Update to the single pattern stream page*

The goal here is to show the results for the previous week or month, instead of all time.

This fits with other parts of the app and the bot, which show a range instead of all records to the beginning of time.

The goal being that it shows current reference for all users and treats each month or week as its own mini period.

Tldr; made more of the app show records by month/week to boost motivation and coopetition.
