You can now change your username. This allows you to recognise other users in your streams.

An example of how this is useful might be in boxing, general self improvement or other groups, where you can recognise friends and provide/receive information & motivation.

This feature rounds out a core aspect of FindFlow, which aims to leverage the benefits of community for personal growth.

Some reflection after using FindFlow for three months

1. It's brutally honest. Every night when I do my checklist, it lets me know if I haven't completed something.

2. It provides awareness. Despite disruptions to my routine I always know what I have to do each day, and throughout the day my goals are part of my thoughts, especially if they're incomplete.

3. It's motivating to see how I've progressed. The ability to visualise my progress has been awesome, for example seeing a solid month of gym work without a broke chain is quite satisfying.

You can always pick up where you've left off and track anything.

Here's how you can set your username if you still haven't

You can type this username (or your auto-assign number username) in the discussion page bot to get a printout of your patterns which can be easily shared throughout telegram, just use the '/ffprofile' command.

I'll add some streak and progress report commands to the bot so you can mog others in groups with your glorious wins 😏
