They made this year a bridge a connection from CordaR3 private internal chain to the Xinfin Blockchain.
So all the Swift banks and for Tradefinance(!) (look at Xinfins; "Tradefinex" on google) can use a private hybrid blockchain: Xinfins Xdc.
XDC is a hybrid blockchain (like hybrid cars that are electric and gas in one . It means that there is a privacy layer and a public layer.
Banks have strict laws and rules to listen to aka banking compliance and privacy ! is one of them and so important for them.
