This is Narnia, not a 'free economic zone' in part of Donbass, although they are both equally fantastical. In the real world, countries have borders, if this 'free economic zone' would have borders on both sides, then you've just created a new country. Or is the proposal for Russia and ukraine to go from war to open borders, with people now freely passing between countries via this new buffer zone 'free economic zone'?
