As requested, group admins (of the bot) can also now use /smite
(once the bot restarts)

Update:
- When game reaches max players, it will automatically start
- Added some more error handling
- Users should no longer be able to start more than one game (in different groups)

The bot is doing a major update to the database while it is running. This should not affect game play, but many of you have gotten this error:
New transaction is not allowed because there are other threads running in the session.
It is safe to ignore this right now.

Tired of waiting on a big game to end so you can join another game? Wait no more! With this latest update, once you are dead, you can join another game! (Note - if you are alive, you still can't join a second game)
Now you can play even more, in multiple groups!
Other bug fix:
Fixed bug in end game where "Remaining players and roles" is shown twice.

Admins! New features for you:
You can now set the maximum players for your group (10 - 35, default 35), but even better - you can now disable fleeing while the game is running! If you set this option, players can still flee while the game is joining, but once roles have been assigned - no fleeing (this should help with those pesky "I'm a villager", *cry*, *flee*).
Also, in the config menu, you will now be shown your current settings so you can check them.

Per Telegrams latest update:
"For supergroups, privacy mode is set to what your bot was using when it joined the group — if you change it later, you'll need to remove the bot and add it again for changes to take effect."

If you are trying to add a group admin and keep getting user id is null, remove the bot and readd it, so that it can properly see the users messages.
