Humanode is teaming up with ChainPort bridge to bring USDC and WETH to Humanode EVM. This integration will facilitate low-fee bridging of USDC and WETH from Ethereum to Humanode EVM. It will also extend HMND's availability across 18 additional chains and enable BioDeFi by introducing these coins to Humanode EVM.
The good news is that Humanode partners with GGEM, a dynamic gaming community and platform. Many have asked “What happened to the NFT contest!?”. Well, to be honest, the phase 2 of the contest had been on hold due to having all of our development resources focused on building bridges and some new and exciting developments concerning DeFi.
Now that we have been able to overcome the major crunch, it is time to move on to phase 2 of the contest which will include minting the NFTs on the Humanode Chain, doing a raffle that will give everyone a chance to win one of the minted NFTs, the community vote to choose the best NFT, and then finally the contest to see which NFT gets traded the most!
And now to step one of phase 2… Vote for your favorite NFT out of the very first community collection!
Naturally, being the community collection, some are amazing, some are “work in progress”, and some are… well, interesting. Having said that, each and every one of them will become legendary for being the first of the many community collections to come!
So, this is how it will work. Go to the Humanode Discord sr-contest-voting channel, go over the submitted NFTs, and vote for the one you think deserves the noscript “Best NFT of the 1st Humanode community collection!”. As it will be held in the Sybil-resistant channel, it will be one person one vote, and you will need to be a BotBasher verified human to participate (or even see the channel for that matter)
The vote will be on for 48H, and the winner will be presented with $500 worth of HMND!
The minting, raffle, and trading contest will be coming shortly after the voting phase!

As you are aware, the first stage of the Genesis NFT contest has concluded with the vote for the Best NFT contest voting.
And yes, there were some hiccups due to a third party voting bot. Sigh.
Before we announce the winner, let us go over the hiccup. Due to the fact that the voting bot only supported 25 options to vote on, and we had 27 entries, 2 Core members Entry #9 and Entry #16 withdrew from the “Best NFT” contest (but still remain in the pool to be minted and be used in the 2nd contest”).
Yes there was the hiccup that caused the voting to conclude early… but more confusing was when the bot announced the winner, it showed Entry #14 as the winner in the pie chart and stated that the winner was Entry #14, but in the bar graph, it listed No.13 as the entry with the most votes. Thus the confusion.
The answer here is rather simple. The winner of the contest was indeed “Entry 14”. The reason as to why it said 13 was the winner in the bar graph, is because it was the “13th option” out of 25, meaning Entry #14 (as Entry #9 was removed from the voting options, Entry #14 was the 13th option counting from 1st option in the mind of the bot even though the name attached to the 13th option was Entry #14).
As the users were clearly able to vote for Entry #14 without mistaking it for Entry #13, the winner of the Best NFT contest for the Genesis collection is Entry #14! Congratulations!! 🎉
And with the conclusion of phase 1 of the contest, we will be announcing how phase 2 will work in a few days. But to give you a sneek peek, you will be able to enter a raffle to win one of these NFTs, and see which one will get traded the most!

As mentioned before, in this phase of the contest, we will be minting the NFTs, and awarding them to members of the community. Although they may be nice as keep-sakes, the goal is to see the NFTs traded! Thus, the winner of the contest here will be the “creator of the Most Traded NFT”, which will be given to the creator of the NFT that is traded the most (average number of daily trades) in the two weeks after the NFTs official minting event.
To join the fun, community members are encouraged to sign up for the raffle in the Humanode Discord #sr-roulette channel!
As you can see, the channel has a “sr-” in front of it. This means it will be in the Sybil-resistant channel, meaning one person, one entry into the raffle.
To enter the raffle, go to the #sr-roulette channel (which you will only be able to see if you are a Verified Human) and type “Add me!” ONCE. Please refrain from typing anything else in this channel, as they will be deleted upon discovery.
As the NFTs are minted, we will have a raffle event to see who the NFTs will go to. And once they are all minted, then the game is on!
The creator of the NFT that is traded the most, will earn $500 worth of HMND, and the plan is to deploy a smart contract which will collect fees for trading the NFTs and to distribute the trading fees equally to the creators of the NFTs once a month.
And yes, although this is a fun event and it is a “contest”, it will help us greatly as a live test of NFTs on the Humanode Chain, so please do participate even if you just want to earn a few bucks by trading an NFT.
