Long term goal for HyperStar is to launch subactivities to fund "crazy" pulblic goods, a few ideas:

1. HyperDeSpace - for space exploration
2. HyperAi - for decentralized AI projects
3. HyperLongivity - for longivity projects :D
4. HyperLegal - to support public goods with global legal operations
5. HyperGlobal - for global impact projects

Obviously I can't do it by myself :D

To do it we need people who would kind of Leaders in a sense that people must be proactive, but at the same time Stewards in a sense - to surve the community and fulfill the duty of pushing forward public goods.

It would take a while to settle things down, thou I'm encouraging everyone who wants to do that to join this chat.

By leading the rounds you'll take an obligation in front of all the regen community to make it fair and cool :D

The biggest question- how to fund matching pool

It would be cool to kickstart long-term activities, eg issue publicnouns-like collection for DeSci, with funds going directly to matching pool

Any ideas how to get more funds to the matching pool are highly welcomed!

Hopefully HyperDeSci would be accepted to TEC round, and the funds will be used as matching pools for upcoming rounds!

Sorry for the delay with payouts, finally I've managed to do that starting with Optimism.

As the round is multichain there is no guide how to do that, so after some research how things works seems like the only way is to do like that:

1. The money has to go through Gitcoin smartcontract
2. It's possible to change voters cooficients, but it's not possible to add new
3. Gitcoin has build in mechanism for round with few donations
4. Paying out involves tons of transactions, starting with HyperDeSci multisig creation on every chain through getting funds from sponsors to Gitcoin interaction
5. With that it makes sense to transfer funds to the Round Two

With all that in mind I really want to finish it asap as it takes tons of energy :D

Running HyperDeSci takes lots of times and to make it sustainable we need a simple lightweight system

I'm summarizing my thoughts how it could be done it this doc, let's try to figure out framework that would make it work, so anyone would be able to run similar things on their own for things that they are interested in, while getting more funds to public goods and creating more web3 jobs!
