Do I complain? Do I blame? Do I project? What is it that I do which disempowers me? What are my blind spots, my shadows, my thoughts and behaviours that get in the way of connection and community? Especially at a time when that is a big part of the solution. Do I thank people who trigger me, who reflect back, who are sounding boards, who projected onto me or do I take a pause, to self reflect, to see what is true for me, to see if there is some medicine for me in what is being presented.
How quickly do I respond, react, judge, project, deflect, etc. IS a sign of how defended I am, how traumatized, wounded I am. These are the ways that show me where my growth is and what I’m willing to do -This is up to me!
The time of the Lone Wolf has passed, we must act and work together as a pack. Collaborate, cooperates, shift from what’s in it for me mindset to what’s in it for the benefit of all of us, remembering that we are creating our own karma with each thought and action.
How do you want to show up for yourself, your family, your friends, your community, the world? We are the ones we have been waiting for!
This means, there is no Nesara/Gesara,/Messiah! We, you and I have to be our saviours! We are all traumatized with the father wound, looking for the leaders, the governments, the forces that be to save us and this is how we got to be where we are today.!Thousands of years of slavery and mind control. Time to shape your own reality with others, empower ourselves as you are more powerful than you know. The forces that have enslaved humanity and consumed our world knows this and that is why they have been keeping it hidden for centuries. Meditations, prayers, gatherings to unite, Protests and all other means are good only up to a point. You need to take action each and every day to truly be free and live the powerful being that you are. Let go of the old paradigm, the old matrix, tap into your inner knowing, to your higher self, and work together for a common cause, sweat together, break bread together, get to know each other so that you can be there for someone else selflessly, powerfully, fully authentic and in integrity! That is what is being called for at this time. Blessings on all our journeys individually, and collectively!🙏💝

In the yoga tradition, grace implies a devotion to the practice and surrender to the Divine. Without this grace, we often remain tethered to the material world and its often unsavoury influences.
Entering the field of Grace is an absolutely miraculous unfolding to witness. Have you noticed that when you truly accept things as they are (not as you would like them to be) there is an inner softening that occurs. There is an
opening, which invites the possibility for things to flow naturally,
unobstructed.
Accept what is, and allow the idea of grace to enter your flow. It's when we start kicking against circumstance that everything goes awry. It’s that resistance that can create disconnection and isolation.
From this opening, there is movement in an upward
direction, rather than forward or backward, which thereby strengthens our
connection to the mighty flow, where the purity of life is harnessed, and
peace is unveiled. From this place, everything we need is there for us,
because we have an opportunity to
