In the yoga tradition, grace implies a devotion to the practice and surrender to the Divine. Without this grace, we often remain tethered to the material world and its often unsavoury influences.
Entering the field of Grace is an absolutely miraculous unfolding to witness. Have you noticed that when you truly accept things as they are (not as you would like them to be) there is an inner softening that occurs. There is an
opening, which invites the possibility for things to flow naturally,
unobstructed.
Accept what is, and allow the idea of grace to enter your flow. It's when we start kicking against circumstance that everything goes awry. It’s that resistance that can create disconnection and isolation.
From this opening, there is movement in an upward
direction, rather than forward or backward, which thereby strengthens our
connection to the mighty flow, where the purity of life is harnessed, and

We must eradicate from the soul
All fear and terror of what comes towards man out of the future.
We must acquire serenity
In all feelings and sensations about the future.
We must look forward with absolute equanimity
To everything that may come.
And we must think only that whatever comes
Is given to us by a world-directive full of wisdom.
It is part of what we must learn in this age,
namely, to live out of pure trust,
Without any security in existence.
Trust in the ever-present help
Of the spiritual world.

If our courage is not to fail us.
