Anytime you guys get stopped by police start by filming everything (for evidence), and just politely let them know you’re filming, doing your duty of care to ensure the safety of both parties involved and that you keep a record of all your business transactions. Then ask the officer for their identification. If they won’t give you their DL so you can verify they are who they say they are, a business card will suffice. Immediately ask them to write their superior/commanding officers details & contact info on the back of the card as well as their indemnity insurer’s number & contact details in the event you may need to file a formal complaint if they decide to step outside of the authority granted to them by their oath.
Then ask if they are indeed under oath.

You can ask them if they’re under oath, ask them for proof of claim on source of authority, if these temporary “measures” override our Bill of Rights, or if our Bill of Rights, or even charter has been suspended. (I personally wouldn’t invoke the charter only because it applies to “persons”/“citizens” etc, which are statutory/commercial terms. You would be identifying as a creature of statute, thereby placing yourself under their jurisdiction)

Whatever you do, do not make statements or claims. Ask questions.

Amen 🙏....demand proof of claim. Force these crooks to take liability personally & privately (meaning their own personal assets will be at risk) for their convid claims. Put it in writing if you can in the form of an affidavit and serve them. Only a man or woman can write or rebut an affidavit so you’re forcing them out of their comfort zone of the corporate structure they hide behind.

If they do not rebut your affidavit then they are in commercial default. An unrebutted affidavit stands as fact & truth in a court of law.

Keep your passport on you as well, it says right on the first page by order of the Queen that they are not to impede or prevent your travel but rather are OBLIGATED to aide you and facilitate you in your travels.
