You can ask them if they’re under oath, ask them for proof of claim on source of authority, if these temporary “measures” override our Bill of Rights, or if our Bill of Rights, or even charter has been suspended. (I personally wouldn’t invoke the charter only because it applies to “persons”/“citizens” etc, which are statutory/commercial terms. You would be identifying as a creature of statute, thereby placing yourself under their jurisdiction)

Whatever you do, do not make statements or claims. Ask questions.

Put it in writing if you can in the form of an affidavit and serve them. If they do not rebut your affidavit then they are in commercial default. An unrebutted affidavit stands as fact & truth in a court of law.
