Again about Taiwan: Of the 8 largest chip makers in the world making products for other companies (for example for Apple which does not have its own production) 4 are in Taiwan! They are TSMC (number 1 in the world, 56 billion revenue in 2021), UMC (3rd place), Powerchip Technology and VIS (7th and 8th place respectively)

Two more companies are in China (#5 and #6) and one each in Korea (Samsung, #2 in the world) and the US (#4)

Impressive concentration for one small and not yet recognized country

In Kuwait, 50 million tires are burning in a huge landfill

The fire broke out at a huge dump that has been filled with tires from all over the world for 30 years. The scale of the fire is such that it can even be seen from space, and tons of carcinogens have been floating in the air for a week.
