❗️🇷🇺🇺🇦 Special Military Operation Update
November 17, 2022

Today, the Russian Armed Forces once again carried out massive strikes on critical infrastructure in Ukraine. Energy facilities in Odessa, Vinnitsa, Dnepropetrovsk and Kiev region were hit.

In addition, the Shebelyn GPP near Balakleya in the Kharkiv region, a mining facility in the Kiev region, the Yuzhmash workshop in Dnepropetrovsk, a logistics hub in Ochakova and a military unit at Zastava in Odessa were hit.

An unidentified object was hit in Stryisky district of Lvov region. In Poltava and Cherkassy regions, air defense assets were triggered.

🔻Republic of Crimea:

▪️In Feodosia, a Ukrainian drone attempted to attack the Kafa power substation, but the facility sustained no damage.

▪️In Dzhankoy in the evening, air defense equipment went off, there is no information about the arrivals.

🔻Belgorod region:

▪️Ukrainian forces shelled the town of Shebekino, wounding a fifteen-year-old girl.

▪️The enemy also struck a power substation in the Belgorod region, damaging two transformers. There were no casualties and the power supply was restored.

🔻Starobelsk sector:

▪️Significant changes on the front line did not occur.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces attempted to attack east of Makiivka in the direction of Ploshchanka, but came under artillery fire and retreated. Similar attempts were repeated in some parts of the front.

🔻Soledar sector (map):

▪️The Wagner PMCs are actively conducting an offensive on the southeastern outskirts of Opytnoye and near Bakhmut (Artemovsk).

▪️The enemy in Bakhmut attempted to attack Russian Armed Forces positions in the city, but the attack was repulsed. In the city, Ukrainian fighters set up strongholds and firing positions in residential areas.

▪️53 The AFU brigade suffered significant casualties, including the commander and commander killed by Russian troops.

▪️The enemy reportedly blew up a bridge over the Bakhmutka River near Sol station.

🔻Lugansk People's Republic:

▪️Ukrainian formations shelled the town of Stakhanov with HIMARS, killing several people, injuring three, destroying an apartment building.

▪️Russian air defenses intercepted enemy shells near Rubezhnoye and Zimogorye.

🔻Donetsk sector (map):

▪️The 100th Brigade of the DNR People's Militia established control of the key Basin stronghold southeast of Nevelskoye.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces twice attempted to retake the site, but did not achieve any success. The position allows the road from Krasnogorovka to Pervomayskoye to be kept under fire control.

▪️ At the same time, units of the Russian Armed Forces are mopping up the outskirts of Opytnoye and Vodyanoye.

▪️The enemy again shelled Donetsk, Yasynuvata, Gorlovka and Ilovaysk, where the railway track was damaged.

🔻Zaporozhye sector:

▪️Artillery duels continue in the Zaporizhia direction, with the Russian Armed Forces firing on targets in Zaliznichne, Olgovskoye, Volnyansk, and Gulaypole

🔻 Southern Front: Kherson sector

▪️On the southern section of the front, Russian missile forces and artillery struck AFU positions in Kherson, Chernobaevka, Antonovka, Kachkarovka and Osokorovka.

Ukrainian volunteer Oleksiy Osker accused Olena Zelenska of promoting herself on the children of Bucha. He made some hard emotional remarks towards the authorities, accusing them of inaction and making false promises to the victims. Oleksiy says that the Ukrainian authorities lie to their people. People are left without shelter and means to live, while the authorities just make videos for corrupt TV channels and tell stories how everything is fine.

Russian oil is supplied to the U.S.

The investigation was carried out to reveal that the Russian company LUKOIL has still been delivering oil products to the USA.

Americans effected sanctions against Russia, banned oil and oil products import, and stated in their documents that advanced refining oil products are allowed for import.

That’s why Russian fuel is supplied to the American market after Russian crude oil is processed at the refinery plant in Sicily (which is Lukoil’s property). It’s just that the refining process results in the product which is not considered Russian any more, and appears to be “Italian”. Under this brand name it is supplied to 11 states of the USA.

Americans would never let a chance work against their profit.

US Goal Is to Destroy Russia — Security Chief

The US wants to weaken and destroy Russia, and is using Ukraine as a “battering ram” to achieve that goal, the secretary of Russia’s national Security Council has warned.

POWs released from captivity under the exchange agreement told about cruel treatment and deprivations they suffered when in the Ukrainian captivity.
