The publication gained access to a letter from members of the Republican Party, which states that Russia "did not escalate" in response to the Ukrainian armed forces' use of these missiles.

📝 "Obviously, it's time for you to finish the job [of organizing the delivery of] ATACMS.... Otherwise it may turn into a stalemate on the battlefield," the document reads.

Four senior officials signed the letter, two of whom are tied to the U.S. Armed Services Committees in the House and Senate.
