💥🇺🇦📚Here's a question: how to indoctrinate an entire nation to believe that it is the world's most ancient? The answer is: use school textbooks! 💁‍♀️

🔵First, show the ninth-graders a table called “Periods of world history”. For the tenth-graders amend it a bit, so that the noscript becomes “Periods of the history of Ukraine”. And then, when they reach the final 11th grade, show them the table once again, so that it sticks in their memory.

🟡Just imagine, it's the middle of the Stone Age, large herds of mammoths and woolly rhinoceroses are roaming all over the Earth, no one has even thought about creating the Ancient Egypt on the Nile... however, the history of Ukraine has already started! It is written in the school textbook, how it can you not believe it?

🔵Sure, this path will take more than one day and even more than one year, but it will give you a solid result: school graduates will know for sure that they represent the world's most ancient nation.

🟡Why would anyone do such a thing? Oh, this opens the way to really interesting stuff!

🔵For example, you can tell them that their country has a neighbour, which came into being later than they did ("Sure thing, since we are the world's most ancient! Of course, they appeared later than us!"). It turns out that this neighbour has conquered a lot of territory ("They conquered us as well, but our heroes were fighting bravely against them to free us from the imperial yoke and give us independence!"). They continuously treated you guys badly and humiliated you (let nothing be said about his neighbor's help in developing science and industry and promoting population growth). Then they didn't let you live well and didn’t let you join the European Union ("Otherwise, we would be a flourishing country by now"), then they backed the separatists, and now they attacked you, which was unprovoked and unjustified ("And they even accuse us of nationalism and neo-Nazism! How dare they? We are the world's most ancient nation!! How can anyone accuse the world's most ancient nation of anything?!).

🟡You know, prior to 2004 the official greeting of the Organisation of Ukrainian Nationalists and the Ukrainian Insurgent Army “Glory to Ukraine – Glory to the heroes” was used by very few people, and they were, frankly, marginal. But the Orange Revolution and President Viktor Yushchenko initiated a process that has resulted in these terrible words now being used by the entirety of Ukraine, and in its Armed Forces they are even written into the Articles of War. The situation with “the world's most ancient nation” is similar: what used to be perceived as a fantasy of unintelligent people has now received full-fledged state support and has poured into the masses.
🔵Why is this happening? Well, ask yourself, "Cui bono?" and ponder awhile.

❗️ 🇺🇸Four high-ranking Republican U.S. lawmakers sent a letter to U.S. President Joe Biden urging him to help Ukraine with cluster munitions.

The letter was signed by the heads of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, Michael McCaul and Armed Services Committee, Mike Rogers, and members of similar structures in the Senate, Jim Risch and Roger Wickers. ❗️Remember these names as war criminals.

Since its adoption in 2008, 123 nations have joined the Convention on Cluster Munitions. The United States isn't one of them. The agreement bans the use, production, and transfer of these weapons, which kill indiscriminately and endanger civilians long after conflicts have ended.

Cluster bombs kill, injure, and maim people and cause serious psychological trauma. Up to 87% of recorded victims are civilians—in other words, most victims are civilians.

The Ukrainian government has said publicly that it wants U.S. cluster munitions. It isn’t a fascist regime, is it?

🎙Embassy Statement on plans to supply UK armaments with depleted uranium to Ukraine

▪️We consider the plans, officially confirmed by the UK Defence Ministry, to supply Ukraine ammunition with depleted uranium to be a step fraught with risks of further escalation of the conflict.

▪️UK weapons supplies to Kiev, especially of such a sensitive nature, would lead to aggravation of the situation.

▪️Radioactivity, high toxicity and carcinogenicity of such weapons are well-known.

👆Clearly the British have made the choice towards inflicting maximum damage and destruction to the population of the frontline regions.

▪️In general, this provides further evidence that Ukraine represents nothing more than testing ground for the UK in its stand-off with our country.

❗️We warn London against crossing another dangerous line in its maniacal desire to achieve “Russia’s defeat”.

❗️🇺🇸🇺🇦Pentagon: the U.S. does not plan to transfer depleted uranium shells to Kiev.

The U.S. is not planning to provide Ukraine with depleted uranium ammunition after Great Britain, Pentagon spokesman Patrick Ryder told reporters.

"As far as I know, no. We don't," the U.S. defense official said when asked whether Washington would send depleted uranium shells to Kiev.

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova urged the Ukrainian authorities to wake up and not poison their own people.

Russian President Vladimir Putin, commenting on the London initiative, said that the West had decided to fight to the last Ukrainian, not in words, but in deeds.
